Waldorf aimed for a more efficient system. Their goal was to transition from crafting individual student reports to producing comprehensive summaries, segmented by groups and grades.

Our Proposed Solution:

To meet Waldorf’s requirements, we proposed the creation of a .zip file. This file would integrate all individual student reports within a specific group and grade, offering a consolidated view.

Execution:

With Waldorf’s requirements in mind, our team developed an algorithm to produce the .zip file. It would automatically compile PDFs of student grades, organized by their assigned group and grade.

Final Outcome:

With the newly implemented system, Waldorf School’s grade reporting became more efficient. Educators can now easily access and manage student reports, aligning with the school’s commitment to excellence.
